INDUSTRIAL CHAIN LUBE

Description

Vertex Industrial Chain Lube is a very high viscosity industrial chain lubricant.  Specifically designed in NZ for local conditions and applications.  Formulated with a high base oil viscosity and tackifier contents.  Especially suitable for all large scale chains and hoists.

Vertex Industrial Chain Lube is designed for use in the following applications:

• Vertex Industrial Chain Lube is formulated to lubricate and protect exposed equipment.
• Vertex Industrial Chain Lube formulation is particularly suitable for gear and equipment in wet, steamy or humid conditions.
• Vertex Industrial Chain Lube applications covers all industrial, production and manufacturing applications including Marine, Transport, Rural, Construction and Mining areas.
• Vertex Industrial Chain Lube is suitable for exposed equipment such as open gears turntables, slide rails, moving equipment, slides, chains, cables, belts, conveyors, machine slides and guides.

Vertex Industrial Chain Lube provides the following benefits :

• Manufactured from a high mineral base oil with selected added tackifiers, and evaporating agents.

Directions for use:

The surfaces to be treated should be clean, dry and contaminant free. For cleaning chains or wire rope use one of the Vertex Brake Clean range. Shake can thoroughly before use and apply Vertex Industrial Chain Lube evenly on the chain or wire rope surface. After the solvent propellant evaporates the product film remaining will have the correct consistency and thickness.
